Lentor Signature Elevation Chart

No Lentor Signature elevation chart exists yet, so stacks, floors and facings cannot be compared.

Decision notes

GuocoLand describes two 26-storey towers and one 27-storey tower; only a developer elevation chart can show actual stack positions and outlooks across the Lentor site.

Blocks, storeys, unit numbering, orientation and any obstruction remain TBA.

Ask for a developer-issued chart once released, then match each preferred stack to the floor plans.

How unit stacking works

  • Blocks and stacks. A released chart identifies vertical stack numbers within each confirmed block.
  • Layout references. Match every stack to the corresponding official floor-plan drawing before comparing choices.
  • Facing and orientation. Use the marked site-plan direction rather than inferring outlook from an address.
  • Floor level. Check nearby structures and the confirmed elevation instead of assuming height removes obstruction.

Recorded project scale

Approx. 553 (GuocoLand, Jul 2026); 26–27 (three towers). These configured labels do not replace the official stacking chart.

General guidance above; specific stack facings, floor counts and obstructions are confirmed only in the developer's official elevation chart and site plan.
